About the Services
SWAN offers Leadership and Organisational Development programmes, Individual and Team Coaching and PODD (Participative Organisational Design and Development).
All development programmes are designed in the context of the organisational dynamic- this includes the notion of co-creating materials with client takeholders.
Programmes typically are utilised by CEOs and leadership teams, senior leaders and talent groups.

About the Consultants
